Rasha Alhiary is a second-year master's student in the pharmaceutical outcomes and policy research track at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Jordan School of Pharmacy in 2017 and was an undergraduate research assistant at the pharmacogenetics laboratory. She has previous experience in biotech business development and international projects coordination related to revolutionizing higher education in the Mediterranean region. Her research interests lie in drivers of healthcare spending and cost-effectiveness of drug products and health services.
