Amanda Korenoski

Assistant Professor

Dr. Korenoski graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with her Doctorate of Pharmacy and Masters in Healthcare Administration degrees. She completed three years of ASHP-accredited post-graduate residencies, specializing in health system pharmacy administration, and critical care pharmacy. She is Board-Certified in Critical Care Pharmacy and earned her Six Sigma Green Belt.

Since 2015, she has served as the Director of the Pittsburgh Poison Center and is an Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. She is also a pharmacy director at UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside, overseeing Pharmacy Ambulatory Services and Pharmacy Regulatory Compliance. Dr. Korenoski precepts students and residents from various PGY1 and PGY2 programs on the medical toxicology service. She is a contributing faculty member to the UPMC Medical Toxicology physician fellowship program.
