Heather Santa, MS, MA, is a Program Manager within the Innovative Health Systems Initiatives (IHSI) portfolio at the School of Pharmacy, Program Evaluation and Research Unit (PERU). Heather supports PERU's vision by leading implementation, evaluation, and reporting efforts on numerous projects that focus on implementing evidence-based healthcare approaches to improve patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. She has been a part of PERU since 2016. Heather earned both a Master of Science: Biology and Master of Arts: Psychology from Chatham University.
