Kelsey Hake, PharmD serves as a Senior Program Manager at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, the Director of Engagement for the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Care Network, and a pharmacist at the Allegheny County Health Department. Kelsey is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and previously completed a PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency with Pitt and Rite Aid Pharmacy as well as a Community Pharmacy Fellowship at Pitt. She is dedicated to the implementation of sustainable, enhanced patient care services in community pharmacies through support of payor programs, promotion of network engagement, connections to public health, and research and evaluation.
