Leslie Lynn Gingo

Dr. Gingo received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Toledo College of Pharmacy in 2003. Following graduation, she completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at The Medical Center of Aurora in Aurora, Colorado, in 2004. Upon finishing residency training, Dr. Gingo practiced at University of Colorado Hospital where she worked in the outpatient infusion center focusing on oncology. In 2005, she was tapped to design and implement clinical pharmacy services in the emergency department, where she stayed until moving to Pittsburgh with her family in 2007. Since then, she has held clinical pharmacist positions at Allegheny General Hospital, UPMC St. Margaret, and St. Clair Hospital, where she was a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Oncology from 2013 to 2017. She then held a Consultant Editor position at Therapeutic Research Center where she created clinical content for the hospital editions of Pharmacist's Letter, Prescriber's Letter, and Nurse's Letter.

Her current role as a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC focuses on providing perioperative care to women with breast and/or gynecologic malignancies.
