PittPharmacy graduate student Yu Zhang, a visiting scholar from the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College was a recipient of 2015 AAPS Graduate Student Exemplary Researcher Award in Drug Discovery and Development Interface (DDDI) sponsored by Sanofi.
Alice Till, president of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) presented awards to pharmaceutical researchers during the opening session of the association’s annual meeting in October 2015.
Zhang has been a researcher in the lab of Associate Dean for Research Innovation Xiang-Qun (Sean) Xie PhD, MBA, for the past year. She is visiting from the Institute of Hematology & Blood Diseases Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College.
