Susan M. Meyer, professor of pharmacy and therapeutics, director of Pitt's Interprofessional Center for Health Careers, and co-director of Pitt's Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education, has been appointed by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) to the National Collaborative for Improving the Clinical Learning Environment (NCICLE) work group charged to develop an interprofessional version of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Pathways to Excellence guidance document. Dr. Meyer will serve as one of 12 appointees chosen to work with co-chairs from ASHP and ACGME to develop a document that will be used by NCICLE member organizations to create change in their communities.
