
Associate Professor Kimberly A. Burns, RPH, JD, received the 2024 Henry Cade memorial award her commitment to shaping the future of pharmacy education. Awarded by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy® (NABP®), each year, this award is one of the Leadership Awards presented to individuals who have worked with “unwavering dedication to ensure NABP’s continued service to the regulation of pharmacy practice and to the state boards of pharmacy in protecting public health.”
Burns was chosen for her extensive involvement in support of NABP examination programs including the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee certification program and developing the Uniform Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination.
