For the past three years Amy C. Donihi, PharmD, BCPS, BC-ADM, FCCP, Professor of Pharmacy & Therapeutics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, has served as one of the members of the Endocrine Society’s Guideline Development Panel for the newly released guideline on the Management of Hyperglycemia in Hospitalized Adult Patients in Non-Critical Care Settings.
This is the first time that a pharmacist has served on the writing committee for an inpatient hyperglycemia guideline.
Donihi was one of the panelists who presented the guideline at ENDO 2022 earlier this summer, in Atlanta, GA.
