Pitt Pharmacy faculty member Heather Johnson, PharmD, BCPS, was recognized by the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) earlier this fall when she was awarded with a Clinical Practice Award (ACCP Immunology/Transplantation Practice Research Network) and elected as an ACCP Fellow (FCCP).
According to the organization's website, "fellowship in the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (FCCP) recognizes excellence in the practice and science of clinical pharmacy. Fellowship is awarded to individuals who have made sustained contributions to the College and who have demonstrated exceptional performance in clinical pharmacy practice and/or research."
Johnson is an assistant professor in the department of pharmacy and therapeutics at Pitt Pharmacy.
