Associate Professor Sandra L. Kane-Gill, PharmD, MS, FCCM, FCCP participated in the XV Acute Dialysis Quality Initative (ADQI) Consensus Conference on Acute Kidney Injury in the Era of Big Data, September, 2015 in Banff, Alberta. Kane-Gill worked with a group of nephrology and informatics experts to identify evidence care gaps and develop a research agenda on the topic of predictive analytics for acute kidney injury.
Kane-Gill will present at the Critical Care Canada Forum on the topic of Clinical Decision Support for Medication Safety in the ICU. The meeting will be held on October 25-28 in Toronto, Ontario.
Kane-Gill has also been invited to participate in the XVI ADQI Consensus Conference on Persistent Acute Kidney Injury and Renal Recovery, November, 2015 in San Diego, California.
