Professor Venkataramanan Recognized as AAiPS Distinguished Scientist

Raman VenkataramananRaman Venkataramanan, PhD received the Distinguished Scientist Award from the American Association of Indian Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAiPS), at the annual meeting in Denver, Colorado, November 16, 2016. Venkataramanan was recognized for his his outstanding contributions in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. 

The mission of the American Association of Indian Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAiPS) is to provide a forum for discussion, continuing education, and the exchange of ideas on advances in pharmaceutical science and technology. AAiPS has been providing these services to both Indian and non-Indian pharmaceutical scientists and engineers in the New Jersey area for past 20 years. Members of AAiPS include pharmaceutical scientists, engineers, suppliers of equipment, materials and services to the pharmaceutical industry. Venkatatamanan is a professor in the pharmaceutical sciences department at PittPharmacy.
