Christine Crowell, MA, NCC, LPC, serves as an Associate Program Implementation Specialist with the Community Health Initiatives COE team. Christine has worked as a mental health therapist in various settings, with a focus on integrating behavioral health into primary healthcare. Working from a social determinants of health paradigm and trauma-informed lens has highlighted the connected factors across well-being. Christine has developed a passion and expertise in reducing disparities within behavioral health services. She aims to use her clinical and data analytics skills to ensure everyone has access to the quality services needed to thrive. Christine is currently a doctoral student pursuing a degree in clinical psychology with hopes that this will further her ability to facilitate applied research and psychological interventions. Christine's interests are in the psychosocial factors that influence health condition management and how disparities impact these factors in BIPOC communities.
