Bobbie Farrah received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Farrah completed a specialty pharmacy residency in Primary Care at the William S. Middleton Veterans Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. Upon completing her residency, Dr. Farrah joined the faculty at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy. She has been a faculty member of the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy since 2000, where she practices as an outpatient clinical specialist in family medicine.
Dr. Farrah teaches in both didactic and experiencial courses throughout the School of Pharmacy curriculum. She coordinates PHARM 5229 Pulmonology and PHARM 5328 Rheumatology. Dr. Farrah is a faculty member of the UPMC St. Margaret Family Medicine Residency Program. At UPMC St. Margaret, Dr. Farrah is actively involved in the education of medical and pharmacy residents. She is the Director of the PGY-2 Ambulatory Care pharmacy residency program at St. Margaret. Dr. Farrah is dual Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy and Ambulatory Care.
