Sarah Mae Bittner

Sarah Bittner, BS, MS, is an associate program implementation specialist for PERU’s IHSI initiatives. She earned a
master degrees from California University of PA in legal studies. Ms. Bittner earned her
bachelor’s degree in administration of justice from Pennsylvania State University. She currently works on the All Pathways, All People project. Sarah's background includes over 13 years of experience as a substance use clinician.
