Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Policy
The Federal Department of Justice has passed a rule updating Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. This ruling now makes the WCAG 2.1 Standards previously required by the University’s EIT Accessibility Policy is also required by federal law. Compliance of the entire University with WCAG 2.1 is federally required by April 2028.

This Policy establishes the standards for the accessibility of electronic information and technology (EIT) in compliance with federal law.
