List Moderation
The four student lists are moderated at least once each business day, generally between 9AM and 10:30 AM. The moderator discards any email that is not appropriate, and marks the others as “approved.” The list may be checked a second time during the afternoon on some days.
Who can use the Distribution Lists
All emails from student organizations should be sent directly by the student group to the distribution lists directly instead of giving them to Suzanne Mannino. Each student organization’s email address will then be marked as an “approved sender” so that these emails will go out immediately instead of being held for moderation.
